Native SharePoint Online limits section design to just four background colors. The IAI Background Section Editor web part removes that ceiling, letting you set any solid color through a color picker or hexadecimal code, upload a background image from your SharePoint Site Contents, or apply an MP4-format animated GIF. You can align every section with your corporate palette and brand assets, giving content pages a far more modern, distinctive look without leaving SharePoint.
Background images and height control
When using an image background, the web part links to a file stored in your SharePoint Online Site Contents and lets you set the focal point to top, center, or bottom so the most important part stays visible. The recommended image size is 1900 x 545 pixels. A background height property, adjustable from 0 to 2000 pixels, controls how tall the background renders; setting values larger than the section can cause the background to overflow into adjacent sections.
