Administrators can then restrict access to certain areas of the intranet if the user does not consent to data processing.
Finally, our component allows for the creation and scheduling of multiple disclaimers to avoid disrupting users' navigation. If multiple disclaimers are published simultaneously, they will be displayed in succession according to their order of creation.

Administrators can monitor how many colleagues have confirmed reading specific disclaimers by accessing the report available through integration of Intranet Analytics.
This report, built on Power BI, can be customized to filter information based on criteria such as:
