Customize the user experience
Intranet admins can decide which information and commands to make available to users on the bulletin board, including:
- Proposal author
- Publication date
- "Share" command
- Category associated with the proposal
- Graphic icon of the associated category
Additionally, our web part allows administrators to set filters for custom categories and add a text search bar to simplify the organization and retrieval of published proposals.
Another feature that admins can enable is the Leaderboard, updated in real-time, displaying the Top 5 users who have shared the most ideas on the bulletin board. A simple yet effective way to increase engagement in the intranet by motivating users to reach the top ranks.
