Digital Signage

Bring SharePoint news and events to every screen in your company.

Digital Signage for the SharePoint intranet: why does your company need it?

Information published on the intranet often remains visible only to those who open a PC and browse SharePoint pages. The Digital Signage web part solves this limitation: it takes content already published on the intranet, such as news and events, and automatically displays it on TVs, monitors, and digital totems throughout the company, with no manual intervention required.

A Digital Signage component on SharePoint and Microsoft 365

The component reads news and events published on the SharePoint intranet in real time and transforms them into a layout designed to be projected, not navigated. The result is a true News and Events hub, always on and always up to date, to be displayed in the company's common areas. The screen is organized into three areas:
  • Main carousel with the most important news: image, title, and excerpt
  • Secondary headlines grid, always visible at the bottom of the screen
  • Events agenda on the side, updated in real time directly from SharePoint

From publication to screen, effortlessly

Nothing changes for editors compared to their daily habits: news and events are published as usual in the corporate SharePoint portal. Our component automatically synchronizes the content and prepares it for display.
  • Publish on SharePoint as usual: no change of habits for editors
  • Automatic synchronization: content is read in real time, with no manual intervention
  • Immediate display on all screens: carousel, secondary headlines, and events agenda

Only the events that matter

Events in the agenda are sorted from the current day to the end of the month, and you can choose how many to display. Unlike web parts on the intranet, Digital Signage is a static page with no user interaction: for this reason, the number of visible events is configurable, so even companies with a very busy calendar can show only the most relevant appointments, without the list overflowing the screen.

On any company screen

From TVs to monitors, all the way to digital totems, the component adapts to any type of display, bringing internal communications to the company's common areas, from reception to break rooms, right through to production environments where colleagues do not have daily access to a PC.

100% customizable branding

Colors and logo adapt to the company's visual identity, offering colleagues a digital experience consistent with the rest of the intranet, even outside the computer screen. Our team handles the configuration of Digital Signage according to your company's needs, updating what is shown or hidden based on your instructions.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Digital Signage component display?

It displays content already published on the SharePoint intranet: a carousel of main news, a grid of secondary news, and an agenda of company events scheduled from today to the end of the month.

Do I need to publish content in a different place than the intranet?

No. Editors continue to publish news and events in the SharePoint portal as usual; the component automatically synchronizes the content on the screen, without requiring any additional steps.

Can I decide how many events to show in the agenda?

Yes. It is possible to set the number of visible events in the agenda, to prevent a very busy calendar from exceeding the available space on the screen, given that Digital Signage is a static page with no user interaction.

On which screens can I use the component?

On any company display: TVs, monitors, and digital totems, installed in common areas such as reception, break rooms, or production environments.

Who handles the configuration of the component?

The configuration is handled directly by our team on the Azure side. You will indicate which content to show or hide, while we take care of the technical setup.
