Engagement Board is the virtual bulletin board that you can add to any intranet page to enhance corporate communication with new engagement-focused features. Our web part allows employees to share feedback and ideas with their company, for example, to propose a new initiative or suggest improvements to internal processes. Each user can vote for their favorite idea, while administrators have a wide range of options to customize the web part experience.

A new way to engage colleagues

Our SharePoint intranet component is designed to bring together proposals, ideas, and opinions centered around the topics that matter most to your company. These contributions are displayed on a virtual board as interactive cards, which colleagues can easily vote on with a Like or share across other channels. This intuitive web part encourages active participation within the intranet. Here’s how it works: The company can draw inspiration from the most popular ideas to launch initiatives, start new projects, address common challenges, and ultimately enhance both the well-being and productivity of its people.

Customize the user experience

Intranet admins can decide which information and commands to make available to users on the bulletin board, including: Additionally, our web part allows administrators to set filters for custom categories and add a text search bar to simplify the organization and retrieval of published proposals. Another feature that admins can enable is the Leaderboard, updated in real-time, displaying the Top 5 users who have shared the most ideas on the bulletin board. A simple yet effective way to increase engagement in the intranet by motivating users to reach the top ranks.
