Our component helps accelerate the onboarding process by making it easier to get to know new colleagues through a dedicated area. Customize the info cards and use them to:

- inform colleagues about new members in their department;
- create internal networking opportunities through integration with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Simplify collaboration
Many companies struggle to integrate new hires into workflows, especially when offices are distributed.It often takes weeks before everyone is aware of the new hire. With our web part, the new colleague’s profile automatically appears on the intranet with their photo, role, location, and a direct link to Teams. This way, staff at every office immediately know who the new hire is, what they do, and how to contact them if needed.
More visibility for new hires
We took inspiration from our People Directory to create a space that highlights the profiles of new colleagues. Each profile comes with an info card integrated with user data already available in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. The cards can be customized to display the most relevant information, such as:
- Job role
- Personal photo
- Contact details
- Department and office location
Filter contacts
Our component offers an intuitive system to filter contacts, which automatically updates based on the hire date specified in the user's Entra ID profile. Simply choose a range between 1 and 365 days to view the most recent hires in the company.
Simple configuration
We take care of configuring the component based on your company’s needs. However, all our web parts are designed to be intuitive. Like most of the intranet.ai components, it can be managed independently thanks to constantly updated documentation.
